Sometimes clients and service users have care needs that require specialist assessment and planning. The skills mix in our team of associates, including occupational therapists, nurses and social workers enables us to assist with many care practice issues. If we are unable to assist, we always help you to find someone who can.
Updates on new legislation
New legal requirements in care and training provision can be a minefield for providers who have neither the time nor the resources to keep up-to-date and to implement appropriate change. Our team will assist you with information and practical advice on legislation such as: the Mental Capacity Act 2005; the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Bill; Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards and, the Care Standards Act, including National Occupational Standards.
